Use “ “ or { } to group words together.
Note that Tcl
interpreter takes everything present between the outer double quotes (or) curly braces
and treat that as a single argument (including nested pairs of double quotes or
curly braces) i.e. newline, tabs or spaces are preserved within " " or { }.
